The location of our unit is one of the best in Sudbury, at the end of our road is the beautiful Bell Park, and just down from that is the hospital, we are close to downtown which hosts festivals, the arena for sports and concerts, and fantastic restaurants for anyone’s tastes. The unit is cozy and comfortable, and has everything you’ll need for your stay! *Basement Unit

Charming 1-bedroom basement apartment located in Sudbury’s South End. Right off Regent St., you will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. You’ll admire the vintage glass on the kitchen cabinets with modern upgrades like a new TV with mount that swivels to enjoy while cooking, dining or relaxing on the couch. Please note, this is 1 apartment of 2 in the building, there are approximately 10 stairs to descend. Allergy notice: The upstairs couple do have cats.
