With stunning countryside views to the rear. The house also has its own dedicated dressing room for bridal parties needing a large space to get ready together + we’re dog friendly

All four cottages are closely situated with beautiful communal gardens and central barn with patio and fire pit, great for evening entertainment together. The one bedroom cottages all have their own fully equipped kitchens and living areas, allowing guests some privacy and independence on their stay.

The Hoops

A beautiful, characterful, rustic old house…. in the heart of the town. An easy, short walk to the High Street for pubs, restaurants and local amenities. The Hoops is set back off the main road on a narrow lane, with parking for a few cars. The Hoops has a historic feel with wood beams and uneven floors and ceilings, two wood burning stoves for chilly evenings, plus modern gas central heating. Plenty of space for 6 people, with 3 good sized bedrooms, a large kitchen and a cozy snug!

The house is close to the market square, shops, pubs and restaurants A unique home from home, spacious and freshly decorated A perfect base to explore the Suffolk coast and countryside There are lovely riverside walks along the quay and River Deben Close to the station too, a perfect getaway A cot and highchair are available Dogs are very welcome (fully enclosed garden)

You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed and the coziness. My place is good for couples wanting a romantic weekend solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). No car necessary only 5 minutes walk from the accommodation to all amenities
