A water pump on the porch gives you water. An outhouse is outback. There’s access to a pool after a hike or short drive.

If your a hunter State Game Land 13 is less then a mile down the road. This listing is featuring two bedrooms. 1st bedroom has a full size bed. The 2nd has a bunk style with a full bottom bunk and single on top. Currently the third bedroom, garage and basement will be locked and off limits.
