It is a cozy 2-bedroom condo with a full kitchen, dining area, and living room. There are 2 bathrooms, a washer/dryer, gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, complimentary Wireless Internet, and a private hot tub! The condo has a king bed, twin over queen bunk bed , and a double fold-out sofa bed. No smoking and no pets.

Quartz Island countertop. Electric fireplace. Spacious bathroom with double vanity. Nicely appointed bedrooms with great views. Deck off the dining room and hot tub and trampoline located in the back yard. Separate entrance and private space atop our garage. Double lot with us in the house attached.

This "Sweet-Suite" is fully self-contained with a Mini-kitchenette, Large Bedroom, and Bright Bathroom. In the "kitchette" is a mini-fridge, microwave, airfryer, toaster, and free coffee, tea, and bottled water. There's only the sink in the bathroom so leave the dishes for us to do for you! Access to the pool when seasonal weather cooperates! Come in late, enjoy a comfy sleep. Then continue on your way or stay around the Kamloops area. (Note: there is a train nearby)

The property is lakefront and guests have access to a small non motor lake where they can paddle, float and swim. The property is 20 minutes from Sun Peaks, surrounded by hiking trails, lakes, golf courses and lots of outdoor activities.

Close to River's walking trail, Overlander's beach and downtown Kamloops. All shopping amenities are within 3 km. **Note - This is a legal basement suite but you may still hear some noise from upstairs during your stay. We have a kitten upstairs who likes to play.
