Flat parking at your door. Children friendly lots of books, games and DVDs to stay entertained. You have total separate entrance and facilities, on lower level. Drive 20 minutes to penguin parade, 5 minutes to San Remo shops, cafes & restaurants. Enjoy walking tracks, fishing, wetlands and rock pools to explore.

Just a short stroll to quiet beaches, Sunderland Studio is a private modern studio with an abundance of character, nestled into Sunderland Bay. Boasting farm views and ocean sounds that will have you feeling away from it all in no time! When you get back from a surf or swim at the beach, enjoy an outdoor shower and BBQ on the deck. The studio is extremely well insulated making it cosy in winter and cool in summer.

Seaside Gem

4 bedroom home sleeps 10 centrally located on the island 5 mins to GP track, 10 mins to Penquins, 10 mins to Cowes or san remo, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, reverse cycle air conditioners, fully fenced yard, quiet street. Please note; Linen is not included but can be provided for an $80 fee or $20 per room. Beds are not made up for these charges.
