Exclusive use of cedar hot tub till 10.30pm for a one off payment of £60. Seven path labyrinth sits in our adjacent paddock. A tranquil setting. Chill out time!

A fabulous, converted barn, located in the very desirable village of Little Marlow, Bucks. The property is set within 3/4 acre for your private use and has it's own private driveway + parking. The interior has underfloor heating, a wood burning stove, panelled walls, en-suite, and a family bathroom. Little Marlow has been in numerous Midsomer Murder TV series. Close to London, M4 and M3 5 mins walk to The Lexicon town centre, for restaurants, bars and shopping.

A Barn conversion offering 2 bedrooms (one double) and (one room with a King size bed and bunk beds). There are also 2 single beds in the living area. Unfortunately, no parties allowed. Sky TV, WIFI. A built in BBQ, tennis court, trampoline and a shared outside swimming pool. The swimming pool is open and heated from May 1st to September 30th. The swimming pool remains open for guests without heating until October 15th. Outside patio area with a fantastic day bed.
