This spacious home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, an open kitchen and living area with separate dining, and even a dedicated workspace in case you need to check an email or two! Fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals in. Centrally located, you are close to shopping, museums, and fun activities while being just a short drive to our beautiful beaches.

Lake House - Recently Remodeled, Centrally Located

An awesome newly remodeled stand alone 2-story house located on Greenfield Lake and a stroll down from the Amphitheater. Near the Independence Mall Shopping Area and two miles from the vibrant Historical Downtown with music and dining choices. A scenic 4.5 mile paved walking or jogging trail runs by the Lake House and circles the lake. You are 30 minutes away from our two beautiful beaches. There are lots of sights and attractions nearby, but you are located in a place of peace and quiet.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis with amazing views. Sunset Sound Cottage - Waterfront with sweeping sunset views over the sound. Explore the surrounding waters from the private dock on the paddle boards and tandem kayaks included with your stay. Close beach access just 2 minute walk, with optional parking area. Outdoor shower makes it fun to come back home after a day at the beach, and you'll love relaxing on the back deck to take in those famous Topsail sunsets.
