A beautifully renovated 50's beach house in a quiet setting within walking distance to the Swing Bridge and local shopping strip. A well appointed house with stunning views to Lorne pier and surrounding township. A second new living room has recently been added to provide additional relaxation areas. Bed linen and towels provided. The house is not suitable for children 2 to 12 years old subject to a specific discussion. We have a strict NO SMOKING policy for the convenience of other guests.

Welcome to Torquay! Perfect location only a few minutes (2blocks) walk to beaches,shops and restaurants. Our house is 2 storey with rooftop deck, 4 bedroooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 living areas. Outside there are 2 entertainment areas with bbq and outdoor seating. Central heating and air conditioning plus gas log fire. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, large smeg oven and walk in pantry. All bedrooms and living areas have ceiling fans as well.

River House 1 - Lorne Holiday Stays

River House 1 is one of our most popular properties for couples or small families. Guests can stroll down the private walking track to Erskine River and follow along to the supermarket which is just 400m away, or less than 1km to the centre of town and the beach. Turn left along the walking track and your only minutes away from the Erskine rapids. For the adventurous bush walkers, you can walk all the way to Erskine Falls, about 7km’s away.
