Full recent renovation. Boat dock with use of swimming area, kayaks and grill. Great area for fishing and swimming. Beautiful morning sunrise with north Eastern Views from the deck. We can also offer custom boat tours on weekends for an additional fee. Maximum 3 cars per rental. Town permit # is 2021-1
