Tranquillity meets luxury glamping in our stunning IgluCabin, perched high in the hills near Geevagh, 20 mins from Sligo town. Sitting above the valley we are always stunned by the silence and sunsets that bless our location. The pod itself is beautifully designed in shiplap wood, the interior offers a cosy bedroom area, a kitchen with smart use of space, a living and dining area with lots of natural light from a panoramic window and a bathroom with shower. This cosy apartment is a short walk from ballyhaise village and 6km from cavan town. There is a regular bus into cavan town. It is a perfect place to stay when exploring tourist attractions in the Midlands or going to a wedding in one of Cavans hotels or just for a quiet break The self contained apartment is fully stocked with all kitchen essentials needed for a self-catering break. Kitty’s Cottage is located in the heart of Ballinamore town. What was once an old railway cottage has been lovingly restored into a modern and comfortable space to relax and unwind with family or friends. Plenty of dining places and pubs to choose from in and around the town. You can go hill walking on the beautiful Sliabh an Iarainn mountain close by. Try Western style riding in the Equestrian Centre, Drumcoura City, go fishing, play golf in the local golf course.

Magical gothic 3 bedroom mini-castle.

The Clonmellon Lodge is an 18th c. gothic mini castle recently restored, newly refurbished bathrooms and kitchen, all in one floor, with easy access to the grounds of Killua Castle. The Lodge can fit 5 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one with an ( American) Queen size bed, and the second with a double size bed. There is an office with a daybed that can sleep an adult comfortably, and it has a full bathroom next to it.

For those wanting more lively nightlife Ballinamore is only 12 km away or 5km to the local village Swanlinbar with welcoming bars This is a fabulous base from which to explore the area whether its walking, cycling, fishing or simply a romantic getaway you chose. Ideally situated for visiting the famous Stairway To Heaven.
