The Cabin At Wild Ridge Trail

If you're looking to escape to the mountains, look no further! Wild Ridge Trail is a place where you can come to unwind, relax, and take in the fresh air of our N.C. mountains! Our cozy glamping cabin is OFF GRID and unique! It is sure to leave you yearning for more time here! So, come escape the hustle and bustle of normal everyday life and get back to nature! NOTE: DUE TO THE STEEP DRIVE, ONLY 4×4 OR AWD NO EXCEPTIONS All others will have to park at the bottom of the gravel drive and hike up.

The Understory: Private Retreat with Outdoor Tub

Welcome to The Understory. Nestled deep in the rhododendron covered woods, this romantic hand-crafted tiny home offers you a peaceful and memorable stay just 15 minutes from both Asheville and Black Mountain. Inside consists of 350 square feet of comfortable living space including a rain shower, king sized bed, cozy wood stove and a full kitchen. Surrounding the cabin is another 500 square feet of living space with a deck, outdoor soaking bathtub, and patio with a fire pit and propane grill.

Scout’s Den Cottage, very close to Black Mountain.

Welcome to Scout's Den! A cozy retreat walkable to all of Black Mountain's amazing restaurants and shopping. This adorable garden studio is separate from the main house and has a carport with space for one vehicle. This is truly an escape! With no internet we encourage our guests to enjoy the natural beauty of the mountains and our small town charm. We do have a TV with a Super Nintendo and DVD player if you feel like staying in. We live on the property full time with our family.

Honey Bee Suite Hobby Farm

We are available for Hurricane Helene Workers and Volunteers! Come stay in our comfortable, cozy and quiet Guest Suite tucked away in the Bee Tree Valley of Swannanoa! We are just a scenic 15 minute drive into Asheville, North Carolina, and the perfect location to access hiking trails and Parkway exploring. Our honey bees invite you to come see them in their safe, sweet home in the woods! Cell service is spotty down our road, but we have great wifi here at Honey Bee Suite.

Moments from downtown Black Mountain and 20 minutes from downtown Asheville, our space is perfect for those guests planning on visiting either town (or both!) The rental is a finished basement apartment below our main living space. It has a private entrance, so you might not see us at all-- unless you're looking for local recommendations (which we're happy to give) or to borrow a board game from our extensive collection!

This stunning tiny house is just about 20 mins from Asheville. Japandi style interior (a mix of Japanese and Scandinavian designs) to give you a clean and cozy feel. Experience luxurious tiny living with this rare gem. Venture up to the top of a ridge with incredible views on the property and drive up (however, if heights give you a ton of anxiety, the drive may not be for you).
