Situated in open forest makes Acorn Cottage a perfect retreat for those looking to enjoy the rural setting the National Park has to offer. A short walk to The Oak Inn, great for lunch or dinner with Lyndhurst a mile away for all local ammenities. As ideal for couples as for families with kids. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths upstairs offers the space, with the cosy ground floor rooms being full of character. Newly refurbished, offers a balance of new and old, fully kitted out to enjoy the cottage as a home.

Attached to the beautiful Shirley House, the Bolt Hole offers a wonderful place to relax. Enjoy the hot tub and take in the garden and paddock views. When it is chilly, draw the curtains and light the wood burner. Quiet and peaceful yet 2 minutes' drive from a great village which has two super pubs. 5 miles from beaches and 5 minutes' drive onto the open Forest. Bring your dogs & horse too! We have stables & a manege. Meet our donkeys, horse & birds and relax in the New Forest National Park.

Beautiful self contained annex surrounded by farmland situation in a quiet rural location close to the beach and the New Forest. 12 minutes by car to Lymington. Suitable for up to 2 adults. Well behaved dog welcome at an extra charge of £20 to cover additional cleaning. Large kitchen, downstairs bathroom with shower, lounge and upstairs double bedroom (kingsize bed). Arnewood Rise is a luxury period property located in the heart of the New Forest. It is the perfect holiday home for big groups of all ages and fully equipped for fun times indoors and out. The grounds span 5.5 acres, including 1.5 acres of landscaped gardens with a heated outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court and 4 acres of fields complete with two ponies. Bentley Cottage is light and airy and is furnished to a high standard throughout. It has a spacious lounge/dining room/kitchen including a wood burner with logs supplied. Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite). It is a short walk to the local shops, pubs, restaurants and railway station. Ponies, donkeys and cattle often come by the gate. April Cottage, a comfortable cosy two bedroom terrace cottage set in the middle of a delightful village, with our friendly local pub and shop offering scrumptious local produce. Nestled in the heart of the New Forest with only a short drive to nearby beaches, open forest and the charming market town of Lymington, with its picturesque town quay, boutique shops, and bustling Saturday market. Not far away is Bournemouth, with long golden sandy beaches, theatres, restaurants and nightlife.

Our Shepherds Hut is situated on our 25 acre farm. It’s located in a secluded spot at the bottom of our garden near to the apple and oak trees. There is plenty of wildlife to see. Watch the sun and moon rise from the windows of our hut. Enjoy the raised decking, with the amazing wood fired large hot tub with hydromassager and led lights. Comfy rattan furniture for lazy days in the sun, and fire pit for toasting Marsh mellows, and enjoying the lovely surroundings and country side views
