Houseboat, Palm on the River, Amazing setting/view

Enjoy a newly remodeled boatel in the beautiful setting in a cove right on the Ohio River. Palm on the River offers a queen bed, green, pink and black color scheme and you can watch the sunrises from your boat and deck or other seating areas on the grounds at this small marina located on the Ohio River. We have a shelter, with a grill and griddle, extra bathrooms, rustic outdoor showers and a fire pit area. It’s like camping on water. Kayaks available for rent. Enjoy beautiful sunrise’s, too!

This small, 1 room, new tiny house called “The Lite House” is decorated shabby chic and located in a beautiful wooded setting facing a cove at a marina with views of the water on the Ohio River. Catch beautiful sunrises here. There are shared places on the property guests can use while staying, a covered shelter with grills, supplies, tables, chairs, fire pit, side walks. You will use the restrooms in the shelter, just 5 steps away from your door. Umbrella provided in tiny house. See photos.

Enjoy the river view and grounds. Stay in our boatel for 2, in this beautiful setting on the Ohio River. We often have beautiful sunsets and sunrises. This is 1 of our 12 rentals on this property at this small marina including houseboat boatels, tiny house and campers. We have a shelter house with a gas grill, gas griddle and supplies. We offer 2 extra bathrooms and 2 rustic outdoor showers in our common area shelter. We have a fire pit, 3 kayaks for rent and charted pontoon boat rides.

Casino Cottage w/ Remarkable Riverview

Enjoy a tranquil riverfront view from your screened in front porch. Located between Rising Sun and Vevay, this cozy, peaceful house has a cottage feel that will impress. Spend your days exploring Madison or Rising Sun, and your evenings around the large fire pit or at one of the nearby casinos. You'll be pleasantly surprised at the updated interior and guest amenities of this retreat. This community on the river is kind and welcoming! This will be a place you want to return to ASAP.

The Charms River Side House.

This special and quiet place that is close to everything. Where you can sit on our deck to enjoy nature, beautiful river views, and to hear water flowing while barges pass by. There is a boating dock on property available not too far from sugar bay boating ramp. Feel free to enjoy our fire pit as well as fishing and swimming off our dock. It’s a kitchen/living room combo with two bedrooms and one full bathroom. It is relaxing place where you turn off your phones and just unwind.

Peaceful Houseboat off the Ohio River

This floating home is located in a beautiful setting in a cove off the Ohio River. Drive to nearby towns and visit antique shops and restaurants in Vevay and Madison, Indiana. Clifty Falls is a great place to hike. Beltera Casino Resort is down the street and the marina is also close to Rising Sun, Hollywood Casino, and Sunset Grill on the water in Warsaw, Kentucky. Conveniently located close to The Neeley Family Distillery. Some have visited the Ark while staying here also.

The Lodge is located between Louisville, Lexington, Cincinnati and Indianapolis. Your farm stay at the newly renovated Lodge is located on our 80 acre family owned farm. Our farm is filled with plenty of wildlife, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, where you will easily find comfort and relaxation. Enjoy walks down the gravel lane or go rest on the back deck and listen to the tranquil sound of the fountain. There's much to enjoy on site without ever leaving.
