This cozy traditional apartment is at a 4-storey building, located near the sea and the beach of Agia Paraskevi(~5 minutes on foot to get to Agia Paraskevi) and a 5 minute drive to Sivota. The balcony is facing the Ionian sea offering a breathtaking view of Corfu and Paxi islands. The apartment is ideal for those who want to enjoy the sea and relax, but also for those who want to explore the islands, the mountains the rivers and historical sites on the mainland. Enjoy this summer retreat located at the cliffside of Kalami Bay. The stunning bay view will make for the ideal place for you to unwind and relax while the sun and the crystal clear water of the Ionian Sea will set the tone for your vacation to be a memorable one. This cozy apartment has a queen size bed, private bathroom and a kitchen and of course a private balcony with stunning sea view. The beach and the village is a 5 minute walk away.

Summer house on the bay

A comfortable little house with a garden that opens on the bay and the sea, offering a magnificent view of the sunset. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Alykes salt pans, where there is a "Natura" park with pink flamingos in the right season, normally in spring and autumn. Behind the house there is a private parking. Renting a car is highly recommended for getting around the area, visit villages and beaches, shopping, etc.

Το N e r a d u House είναι ένα όμορφο παλιό ισόγειο πέτρινο στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Φαναριωτατικα. Eίναι το τρίτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του N e ra d u house και περιβάλλεται από έναν υπεραιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.

Ένα κτήμα κοντά στα Σύβοτα την Πλαταρία και το λιμάνι της Ηγουμενίτσας με πολλές παραλίες και προορισμούς για να απολαύσει κάποιος στις διακοπές του.
