This charming loft is superbly located and has everything you need at your fingertips. The apartment is very well-equipped and easily accessible. From the large window, there is a calming view of the park. Surroundings: Relax in the park with a playground, enjoy the new and vibrant sea area, visit museums, eat pizza or sushi, or stroll to the well-stocked shopping center. Old Town is also within walking distance. There are many transportation options, and you can also rent bikes from us.

Our cozy apartment is located in the very heart of Tallinn in a renovated old spirit factory, built in 1888. It offers something for everyone from every direction. Across the street starts the old town. Top 50 restaurants and cafes are located in the stretch of the same building. Behind the building starts the Rotermanni quarter where you can do shopping. The harbour and seaside is 5 min walk. My place is perfect for both from solo adventurers to small families with kids. Free parking.

Loft "Black & Red"

Avangard, a unique building on the border of the Kadriorg and City Centre districts, was originally built in 1911 as a rental place for Tallinn’s high society. Loft"Black & Red" with modern comforts is located on 3rd floor of the building. Big window is directly located to the south and this brings lot of sunlight into the apartment. There is small kitchen with fridge and electric stove, bathroom with shower and WC, sleeping area is located on the second level (room height 1.60m).
