Two airy rooms all to yourself. High ceilings and windows. Quiet, harmonic. Well equipped kitchen. King size bed. You won’t find a quieter bedroom! Top fourth floor in Art Nouveau building. Welcome to this bright, renovated and spacious apartment on the shores of charming Lippajärvi. Enjoy a peaceful, private beach area with a dock and a sandy cove, perfect for relaxing and swimming. Situated in the beautiful Viherlaakso neighborhood, you’ll find a 24/7 Alepa, K-Supermarket, and S-market less than a kilometer away. Excellent transport connections to Helsinki center (only AB-zone ticket required) and the airport (BC-zone ticket), and just a 5-minute walk to a larger sandy beach.

Self contained cottage, 45km from Helsinki, 48km from airport with BBQ hut and sauna 'grillikota-sauna'. Private and exclusive use of lakeside - sauna, beach with jetty, and sleeping cabin. Shore veranda with seating, night lighting, etc. Water sports include kayaks, sailing boat, rowing boat, canoe, SUP boards. Multiple fishing options. Do you want to relax? Then relax. Parking for many cars, and it may be possible to charge your electric vehicle (but please check with us before doing so).

Viehättävä mökki luonnon rauhassa veden äärellä

Kauniisti sisustettu ja hyvin varusteltu mökki sekä saunarakennus Lintumaanjärven rannalla. Täydellinen vetäytymispaikka rauhoittumiseen ja luonnosta nauttimiseen. Tunnelmallisesti sisustetussa mökissä on iso tupa avokeittiöineen, kylpyhuone, pieni makuuhuone ja viehättävä parvi, johon voi vetäytyä nukkumaan mukavasti parisänkyyn tai vaikkapa lukemaan. Lämpöä ja tunnelmaa tuo Tulikiven varaava vuolukivitakka. Vieraiden tulee tuoda omat pyyhkeet ja petivaatteet sekä suorittaa loppusiivous.

Hirsimökki hiekkarannalla.

Tilava käsinveistetty hirsimökki kirkasvetisen järven rannalla. Hiekkapohjainen hyvä uimaranta, joka on loivasti syvenevä ja turvallinen lapsille. Käytössä oma laituri. Mökissä on sähkölämmitys ja varaava takka. Polttopuut kuuluvat vuokraan. Ulko-WC on kompostoiva. Käytössä soutuvene ja kalastusvälineitä. Lähimetsissä voi poimia marjoja ja sieniä. Hienoja luontomatkailukohteita, kuten kansallispuistoja on lyhyen ajomatkan päässä. Etäisyys Helsingistä, Turusta tai Tampereelta noin 100 km.

Villa Stenberg - The Beach House

Villa Stenberg's two-story beach house is located by the lake and can accommodate up to 16 guests. It's a perfect get-away for a couple or group of friends. It also works perfectly for small corporate events. The beach house has a large sauna for 6-8 people and two showers and a wonderful outdoor hot tub. The sandy beach and shallow, clean waters offer everyone a safe and fun place to swim and play water games. SUP boards and a rowing boat are available for our guests.

Upea hirsi mökki ulkoporeltaalla ja kelosaunalla

Rentoudu tässä rauhallisessa ja tyylikkäässä 2021 vuoden hirsi mökissä jossa ulkoporeallas (sisältyy hintaan) sekä iso ulkoterassi. Koe suomalainen lapin tunnelma aidossa isossa kelosaunassa HUOM. Emme vuokraa mökkiämme juhlimista varten eikä bileporukalle. ( sopii mainiosti lapsiperheille ja rauhasta ja hiljaisuudesta nauttiville ) Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet vuokrattavissa erikseen 20€/henkilö Loppusiivous tarvittaessa 100€ (ellei itse siivoa)
