Cute & comfortable w/ king bed.

Brand new condo, recently furnished with 3 air conditioners and 3 ceiling fans and washer and dryer at an unmatched location. There are two windows in each bedroom to the exterior in the center of Santa Cruz, La Crucecita, Huatulco. From ground level, there are 2 flights of stairs to reach the apartment. Convenienty located where banks, markets, restaurants and shopping is plentiful. Also, bus/van transportation through ADO and Express Colombos nearby. There is street parking only available.

Luxury 2/2 condo with balcony

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood very close and walkable to Chahue beach and Chedraui supermarket. La Crucecita, Santa Cruz beach and several great restaurants are also within a 5-15 minute walk as well. The condo itself is equipped with a few luxuries that are sure to make your stay more comfortable. These include king size beds, large closets, washer and dryer, kitchen complete with dishwasher, all reclining leather furniture, plus remote control bidet toilet in master bathroom!

This beautiful second floor condo is part of a quiet and exclusive community with excellent amenities. Security 24/7, secure parking, large pool, and lounge areas. The condo is very close to Chahue beach and Santa Cruz beach. Downtown Huatulco and La Entrega beach are a short drive away. My wife and I speak both English and Spanish and are readily available to help during your stay. Closest beach Tejon is 15 min walk/5 min drive from condo. Beautiful small beach, we highly recommend.

Close to Santa Cruz Beach with a 12-15 minute walk with other beaches easily accessed by Taxi. Custom made high quality furniture by local artisans. Most decor is handmade by local artisans including the bedding and pillows weaved locally. Imported antique wool Persian rug in living room. The quality and attention to detail is clearly seen when you enter the condo.

Do some bird watching from one of the two balconies and use the poster inside the apartment to determine which birds you see. Sleep well with the spacious king size bed.
