Woolshed Apt 16 is a modern, spacious and sunny 2 bedroom apartment located in Havelock North, Hawkes Bay. The property is a 3-minute drive to Havelock Village where guests can enjoy retail stores, restaurants, vineyards and concert venues. This fully-furnished, 2-storey apartment features one ensuite and one bathroom. The ground floor offers a living room, full kitchen and dining area that spills onto a private courtyard. The second story accommodates the master bedroom and a discreet laundry.

Barrons on the Beach

Hardinge Road is probably the most sort after location in Napier. This award winning home is designed to take in the gorgeous ocean views from both balconies. Within walking distance, is the Ahuriri Shopping Centre & a quaint movie theatre. Also along the waterfront are many restaurants and bars. There are heaters in all the bedrooms & a lift which can be activated if required. The master bedroom &living areas are upstairs with a full bathroom. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are downstairs with a 2nd bathroom.

Art deco tours, the Cape Kidnappers gannets, cycling trips is a must do while you’re visiting the Hawkes Bay area. The fruit bowl of New Zealand awaits you! There is on street parking and a kitchenette but unfortunately no wheelchair access.

Washing machine and dryer available. Off street parking for 1 car, WIFI, short walk to Ahuriri's little beach, restaurants & cafe's .

Modern 2 bedroom apartment conveniently situated just 10 minutes walk from the centre of the beautiful Havelock North Village. Although young children are welcome, please be aware that my property is not really suitable for young active children and is not fenced from the neighbours or the busy road. Message me if you need a one night stay as this may be possible in the winter months. Discounted rates are available for stays longer than one week.

Views out towards the Marine Parade, can be enjoyed from a small balcony. A secure carpark space is available so you can leave your car there &walk into the city. Shop or stroll along the Marine Parade where there is always plenty to see & do.
