'Listowel' is a cosy little Cottage sitting in amongst tropical flora with a salt water swimming pool nestled in the backyard.....lovely on a hot summer's day to swim and relax on our loungers. Listowel has doors which open to your own private area amongst lush tropical planting. There is a small outside table and chairs to enjoy a nice cold beer or wine at the end of a busy day. Also our 2 pushbikes with helmets, are ready for your use anytime during your stay. 🌻RELAX ~ ENJOY~ HAVE FUN🌻

Situated in the hub of a friendly lively village close walking distance to all amenities; shop, restaurants, cafes, beauty spa, famil pub, surfboard hire, bush walks and hiking, public transport. You’ll love our place because it is close to everything the village has to offer, yet quiet and secluded and only 10mins walk to the beach. There is 1 bedroom plus a pull out queen sofa bed in the lounge.please note this is small for 4 adults.

Walk 2 minutes down our road and enjoy a spectacular view of Mount Taranaki on a clear day. Walkway around the corner - 30 minutes bike ride to Fitzroy Beach/Te Rewa Rewa bridge. Please note : -We are 10 minutes drive to the heart of the city. -Please expect traffic noise -Our home is on the same property -Must love cats (!)

The owner is situated onsite but in their own private studio which is attached to the house. Your privacy is guaranteed.

Devonport Cottage - an historic experience

Devonport Cottage is an early historic, Heritage New Zealand Category 2 listed labourers cottage built circa 1840s. It has been furnished with antiques and complementary furniture. There is a full kitchen including stove, microwave, bar fridge, dishwasher and espresso machine. With views of Mt Taranaki, we are in the countryside but just 6 minutes to New Plymouth's restaurants, shops and cafe’s. We are now welcoming long stays.
