Spacious, nostalgic flat on 3rd floor (kitchen+3 rooms=78m2): 4 comfortable beds (90x200) and 1 sofabed. The floor is covered with natural varnished oak parquet. It has some furniture from the Soviet era. Open balcony has a view to the park. In the kitchen You find dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, mirco wave oven, toaster, kettle, mixer, fridge and electric stove with oven. One car parking place is FREE to use in the closed yard.
