Our top floor condo is an oasis in the middle of everything. Its well located just 1 block off main street (Colorado Ave), a 3-min walk to the ski resort (Chair 7), steps away from two of the best restaurants in town (There Bar and Siam) and on the same block as the grocery store. There's a ski locker on the ground level, indoor parking (first come, first serve), an awesome lobby with a fireplace and deck with hot tub, and a beautiful shared backyard. This is our favorite location in Telluride.

It has a jet tub for after a long day of skiing or hiking, a record player & records to kick back, musical instruments, games, wine fridge, mudroom/ski storage, W/D in unit, 2 beds & sleeping loft w/upstairs full bath and the best deck in town- the only one with 360 views.
