Welcome to my one bedroom flat, sited on the Ipswich quayside. With asecure car parking space. One super king size bed. Access to the car park and the flat hall way is via a fob system. Both the Key and fobs will be collected from the co host Zonja, she will hand you the front door key and the entry fobs. She will also be the main point of contact for any concerns you may have. Upon checking out post the keys into the post box. Checkin timings must be confirmed with the cohost before arrival.

The space is designed to make the most of every corner, with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The studio is nestled in the heart of the village, with everything you need just a short stroll away. Two welcoming pubs, a wine bar/café, and three shops. Scenic walks or simply to unwind, the studio offers the ideal base.

Now with super-fast Fibre Max internet, The Beach House is situated on the Essex Sunshine Coast, right on the bank of a tidal creek with stunning views of the sea in front and the river behind. Being in the Nature Reserve, we cannot accept dogs or pets of any kind; sorry. We do not let to groups; we only let to families or two couples maximum. Absolutely no groups of more than four guests or parties of any kind. High tide sometimes cuts off the house so please be aware of this.

Edies retreat is a comfortable, self contained studio apartment, set in a small hamlet of houses at the end of a lane adjacent to a farmers field and apple orchard, on the edge of Dedham Vale AONB. The Old Piggery

The Old Piggery is a 5 minute walk to the beach with incredible views looking onto the river Stour estuary. As a recent conversion it has a modern, open plan layout with large French windows in both the living area and each bedroom, filling the house with natural light. A wood burning stove & underfloor heating create a cosy setting to relax & dine in.

The main kitchen and living area is a light and fresh open plan space with a side door for entry and French doors opening on to your own private courtyard garden which is south facing. Wivenhoe is an undiscovered gem on the Essex/ Suffolk boarder, a sailing town full of artists and eccentrics! It is a great mix of tranquil riverside charm and holiday buzz, with plenty of great little restaurants, pubs and shops. The house is Tudor, built 1580. Lovingly restored and very cozy!
