The room has lovely views,and private garden over looking a tree lined paddock, full of wildlife. Enjoy an early morning cuppa whilst relaxing in the super king size bed, or a evening glass of wine on the patio, and you may even see an owl swooping and foraging for food. There is a great pub only a short 5 minute walk away.

The barn is in the grounds of our 15th century house but nicely private. It’s decorated in modern rustic style, with underfloor heating and a wood burner. Outside is a fire pit for toasting marshmallows and stargazing before climbing into the king-size bed, dressed with soft Egyptian cotton. There's a walk-in rain shower and robes, books, DVDs, games, WiFi and a Smart TV. Tear yourself away to explore forests, gardens, vineyards, castles, and National Trust houses.

Railway View is just metres away from the Kent and East Sussex railway line giving you the most amazing view of the steam trains rolling in and out of Tenterden Town steam railway station which is only 100 metres away. Our shepherds hut is only 200 metres from the most picturesque High Street in Kent , with cafes, bars and restaurants, a great base to travel out to all Kent and Sussex has to offer.
