The holiday house is located just a few minutes from the promenade and beach in Cleethorpes. Ideall for a short break or holiday by the sea. The main promenade has all you would expect from a seaside town including the award winning Papas Fish and Chip restaurant on the pier. The holiday house is suited to individuals, couples or families. We welcome four legged friends. There is a fully fitted kitchen, two living rooms, one with sofa bed, downstairs toilet and two double bedrooms upstairs.

One bedroom with a comfy sofa bed in the lounge. Well equipped separate kitchen and dining room table for 4. Balcony with patio furniture. FREE PARKING and WI-FI for guests. Duvets and pillows are provided, bed linen can be provided for an extra charge. PAYG Electric can be topped up at the shop with the card provided.

Located right on the sand dunes with direct access to long golden sands, it is the perfect place for families to enjoy a traditional seaside holiday or a bolthole for those in search of a cosy coastal retreat. Cleethorpes is an easy cycle ride or 5 minute drive away offering plenty of amenities and long promenades with ornamental gardens and a pier.

WIFI (Can be intermittent!) A few minutes walk from a beautiful sandy beach and a minutes walk to the open top bus stop taking you into Cleethorpes.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Just a few minutes walk from the beach and the golf course. The beach is dog-friendly throughout the year. It is nestled in a small and quiet cul-de-sac. It has a spacious garden with a large decked area, perfect for sitting out and when it rains you can sit in the comfy conservatory. It is newly decorated and boasts new fixtures and fittings. It has a large kitchen area with a dining table for 4.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our home in the heart of Town. The whole house is private with no shared areas. With something for everyone we make your seaside stay fun and affordable for all the family, pets included. We have a party room downstairs with bar and pool table, a sitting room with ground floor wc off. A fully fitted kitchen and utility area, a garden space with large 8 person hot tub.
