If you want something different this is it!! The Old time Western Mural at 'Top of the Hill'. Loads of old Gold Mining/Fishing memorabilia. Comfortable, funky, fun accommodation on 6 private acres with native bush walks, large meandering creeks, rope climb, flying fox, jungle gym, sand pit, outdoor bar & BBQ area, separate Indoor Pizza Oven & Bar. La Maisonette

La Maisonette cottage sits above an award winning garden of nearly an acre, guests are free to wander and sit among the sub tropical trees and plants. From the Juliet balcony you can enjoy a glass of local award winning wine whilst looking over the trees to the gulf islands in the distance. The cottage is decorated in a French provincial style with many original works of art from local artists and elsewhere. Everything you need is provided to make your stay special and memorable.

Family friendly in great location

The perfect home away from home! Watch over the kids enjoying the fun playground and spacious fully fenced yard from the elevated deck while the enjoying a vino and the view beyond to the ocean. Situated in a lovely quiet neighborhood and only a short walk to the beach and great cafes it ticks all the boxes for fun family getaways to Mt Maunganui. Please note that the owner resides in the downstairs unit. It is separate from the accommodation and has it's own entrance.

Pipi Retreat

Only 400 metres to the beach and an easy walk to the town centre. Spacious, clean and comfortable in a quiet cul-de-sac location. Large section allowing vehicles or boat parking and private back yard. Master bedroom with large ensuite and own balcony upstairs. Two more bedrooms, kitchen, lounge, dining laundry, bathroom and toilet downstairs. Lounge opens out to deck area with gas BBQ. Relax and enjoy soaking in the hot pools at the Lost Springs only 1 Km away.

G & G's Place

Located in very quiet Pillans Point, close to the city, the harbour and ocean beaches. We are also only an hours drive from Hobbiton ( film set for the Hobbit movies) and Rotorua thermal area. Situated within walking distance (2 mins) of Cafe, Bakery, both open for breakfasts and take-away. Bus route 200 mts. Restaurants, Supermarket, Chemist 2 mins drive. We are 5 minute drive to City Center, Uber $11.50 approx. Pick up from airport if required.

Stones throw from the beach.

Only a quick walk to the beach and Manly village there is plenty to keep you occupied and a great choice of places to eat and drink. The bay is perfect for swimming, boating, fishing, stand up paddling, windsurfing, sailing or just relaxing. Manly Sailing Club is across the road and hosts many regattas. The open plan studio is new and beautifully finished, located above the owners garage with a separate entrance.
