Bay water at end of lane, ocean beach just over the Ponquogue bridge. Large backyard for games & BBQ grilling. Enclosed patio for morning coffee & evening dinners. The house is best suited for families & friends needing space & looking for simple, low key relaxation. Hang up your car keys and your worries and come visit this beautiful, stylish, coastal gem. Everything that Port Jefferson Village has to offer -- the marina, Harborfront Park, restaurants, clubs, shops, galleries, skating rink, green market, Danfords -- is all within easy walking distance. So come enjoy being in the middle of the action -- and the cool breezes off Long Island Sound -- at the Harborfront Star. We are dog friendly and have a pet fee of $65 per dog (max of 3 dogs).

Southampton Modern Barn, Private Hot Tub and Pool

This magical getaway delivers peace and relaxation. Wake up to coffee on your private deck with bucolic views. Play in your heated, saltwater pool, and relax under the stars in your hot tub (open year round). During your stay, these amenities and more will be for your personal use. Stroll to the owner’s dock on Big Fresh Pond, for paddle boarding, kayaking and sunsets. You can also drive 8 minutes to Southampton Village for shopping, restaurants, art galleries and Ocean Beaches.

Private Beach Community with exceptional light

Kick back and relax in this calm, light filled home in Lionshead’s Private Beach Community. Paddle right out off your backyard. Enjoy organic garden vegetables, feed the swans. Kayac into the sunsets or sit by a gorgeous fireplace.This is a NO SMOKING , no vaping and no party home. If you are intending to travel with your dog please let us know prior to your arrival and ask for permission. We are very dog friendly but would love to know what kind of dog and will decide ASAP

Cedar Hot Tub, Suana, Heated Pool walk to water

Heated pool through April 25-November 1st. Sauna & hot tub open year round. Kayak, swim, fish 3 mile harbor, 5 min walk to water, 1 mile to Sammy's Beach, 9min to EH village and 13min to Sag Harbor. organic bedding, best cookware, decorated with ligne roset, Roche Bobois etc. 3 bikes , 2-single sea kayaks. New HUUM Sauna, 1200 sq ft ipe deck w/ cedar hot tub. *POOL HOUSE with additional queen bed, full bath and steam shower available May 1st.

The Katalpa House -by the beach

-Our beach is private, key and beach tag provided- (in brown shed) This 1000+ sf home, features a newly renovated kitchen, outdoor shower, and many quirks that come with a 90 year old home. The furnishings are eclectic and vintage. Most of the flooring is also new. The beach and bluffs are only about a 2 minute walk. The 1/4 acre lot is shared with a secondary unit as you can see in the photos which is occupied by my sister.

Waterfront House on Fort Pond, MTK

Spacious house right on Fort Pond with relaxed bohemian vibe. Enjoy the open kitchen, reclaimed wood beams, and hand crafted furniture. Access directly to the water from the back yard. There are two other cottages that are two bedrooms each on property as well. We do live on the property full time and enjoy making our space a safe and clean environment.
