Our property is conveniently located near stunning springs: Rainbow River-12 miles,offering clear waters and abundant wildlife Crystal River-18 miles,known for its manatee encounters and underwater caves Homosassa Spring- 21 miles,escape with serene surroundings and manatee sightings Chassahowitzka- 29 miles, featuring pristine waters and lush surroundings Devils Den-35 mi., underground spring perfect for snorkeling and diving Weeki Wachee-44 mi. Unfortunately, the giant tub is not operational.

Riverside Retreat

Our original 1970’s cabin sits on the historic Withlacoochee River with breathtaking views. Nothing fancy but very comfortable and clean. Quiet and relaxing. A perfect place to recharge your spirit. A truly wonderful way to enjoy Florida’s Nature coast. Experience this raw and wild river with its abundant wildlife. Close to Rainbow River. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. It’s fun fishing from the dock or just sitting and watching the river flow. Come and make some memories.

Modern Lake Weir House

Best sunset on Lake Weir! Lake front with private sand beach we are located on Sunset Harbor on Lake Weir. Plenty of dock space and beach space for several boats. House is on Bird Island and setup for entertaining friends and family. House was completely remodeled in 2018 with a modern contemporary design featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. One of the rooms is a movie theater with a 100” big screen that has a futon sofa. Can take the boat to Eaton’s Beach or Gator Joes just across the lake!

Cozy waterfront cottage on Haynes Creek. Whether its relaxing, fishing from your own dock, boating the Harris chain, paddle boarding, birdwatching, use our kayaks or pedal boat, or exploring the nearby towns and springs... we have it all. Fully equip kitchen, outdoor grilling area, wifi and cable, parking, laundry, gas fire pit on your private deck, boat parking at your dock or book a tour with Monster Bass fishing. Walkable to nearby stores or Gator Bay for a drink, meal, or music!

A charming 1200 sq ft, two bedroom, two bath cottage located on beautiful Lake Dora with white sand beach. A great place to relax and your home away from home. Just minutes from Tavares (known as the Seaplane City) and Mt. Dora (known as the City of Festivals.) You can bring your boat and tie it up to the dock. Large circular drive with plenty of parking for cars, trailers, etc.

Boat House (West of Orlando)

We are proud to offer a NO Smoking on Property. This adorable boat house has been completely renovated with a new roof, new decking, and boat dock make for great fishing & relaxation. Wake up every morning to the beautiful view of lake. At night enjoy the fireworks from Disney across the lake and magnificent views of the moon and stars on the lake. NO SMOKING on premises.

A-Frame modern home located on hundreds of acres of protected wetlands privately accessed via the 250’ boardwalk from the house. Private dock on the Withlacoochee River backwaters access Rainbow River and Lake Rousseau from house by boat. Community boat ramp 3 doors down. 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths each has it’s own walk out deck. Hot tub on lower deck. No pets. Leave no trace!
