It's a cosy, luxury "Tiny House" located in an idyllic bush setting on a 5 acre property in the Razorback ranges about an hour's drive from Sydney. The tiny house is nestled safely on the edge of a ridge where day & night, spectacular uninterrupted views to the Sydney skyline can be enjoyed by you with magical sunrises and sunsets seen from your bed. During your stay you will be surrounded by nature.

Your off-grid venture awaits – This is not your normal hotel stay!!

You’ll love it because of the wonderful birdlife, peaceful ambience, sea breezes, comfortable accommodation and proximity to several beaches. Coalface is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and small families (so long as happy in a studio style accomm). Private entrance and terrace with bbq. A small fenced yard surrounds your terrace area and includes an additional outdoor bathroom.

A specious self-contained guest suite style room on lower level of a two story house, with owners living above. You have your own space with private entry. Consists of 2 rooms--1 bedsitter, 1 bedroom & bathroom. It is private yard with fully fenced for dogs. PLEASE NOTE: There are steps down to the accommodation. Those people who have difficulty with steps should consider this.

The Annexe 2 room Cottage Pet Friendly

The Annexe is a self contained double glazed free standing double brick cottage with 2 rooms. The property is pet friendly with a large garden which is fully fenced and secure. It has a small outdoor setting at the front of the Annexe and a outdoor entertainment area behind the Annexe with seating and which is undercover and private and looks on to the garden.
