It is safe, clean, peaceful, and centrally located two blocks from the: antique boat museum, municipal boat launch, pharmacy, gas station, ice cream restaurant, and car wash. Just a short walk to the: river, grocery store, park, two playgrounds, churches, arena and walking trails, marinas, and restaurants and bars in downtown Clayton. Includes off street parking for two vehicles or a pick up truck and boat trailer.

Drive 20 minutes to Westport where you eat fish and chips, buy fudge and get pizza at the winery overlooking Wolf Lake. Have Grandma stay in the accessible bedroom. Rent the Eagle too if you need 4 more bedrooms. Play pickleball.

Come relax at our peaceful place on North Sandy Pond that boasts some of the most stunning sunsets. Just a 5 min. boat ride to Boaters beach/Lake Ontario. The pond side of our home feat. a patio w/ gazebo, hottub, & fire pit that overlooks the water. Also feat. a boat launch & dock for small boats/pontoons. Kayaks & a paddle board that are welcomed to be used. Other side you will find the elms golf course, clubhouse/restaurant (5min walk/2min ride) and friendly chipman lane, great for a walk!

Verona Lake house with Hot tub and Pizza Oven

This lake house is fully equipped for year round visits. Enjoy stunning lake front views of Verona Lake. The composite dock is a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and listen to the loons. Enjoy the brick pizza oven and fire pit and soak in the hot tub while watching the sunset. Use the paddle board or kayaks to enjoy the lake and it’s surroundings. The house is equipped with 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bath plus outdoor shower. You’ll be sure to enjoy every second of your stay.

Beautiful year-round home on the St. Lawrence River with a private dock available to rent short-term or mid-term. Picturesque windows looking towards the river. 2 queen bedrooms downstairs, bath with laundry, kitchen, breakfast nook, living room and a large deck. Upstairs there is a loft with great views of the river and 3rd bedroom with 4 twin beds. Walking distance to Jacques Cartier State Park and hiking trails. Short commute to Ogdensburg, bridge to Canada, Alexandria Bay, and Clayton.
