Freshwater House on Lake Superior - Bohemia close

Our house sits right on Lake Superior, atop a lava rock cliff, on the "Gold Coast" of Eagle Harbor. Mt. Bohemia & Copper Harbor 20 minute drives away, sand beach & restaurant 5 minute walk. The living room & kitchen have a breathtaking view of the lake that includes the harbor. There are two full-sized bedrooms, one with king bed & one with queen, each of which have lots of closet space. There is also a smaller room with bunk bed. Central heat. Good wifi. Kayaks & canoe. 2 vehicle parking limit

Wonderful location for enjoying all that Grand Marais has to offer, while being slightly removed to enjoy the tranquil shoreline. Relax and listen to the waves crash from this newly buillt, charming, clean, and comfortable loft. Perched along the scenic lakeside, Croftville Road, you can enjoy the quiet Lake Superior life while being a short bike ride (use our bikes) to "the coolest small town in America", Grand Marais. Home on MTU XC Ski Trails

Located on the Michigan Tech XC Ski Trails, you can ski out the back door. Take a short ungroomed trail to the classic ski trails, or walk down the road to the Mill Road TrailHead to access premier skate skiing trails. We have a ski waxing station in the garage, including a table, vise, waxing iron, scrapers and brush) so you can wax your skis. Just bring your preferred wax. Lastly, three sets of Tubbs snowshoes come with the home. Enjoy winter right from your backyard in a home away from home.
