The main living area has dual aspect and bifold doors out onto an enclosed patio, garden and seating area. Two of the bedrooms have internal balconies into the main body of the barn and triple velux roof windows to enjoy the rural views. No.3 is a self-contained property which was the extension of the original farm cottage built in 1907, now part of the hosts’ residence (number 4). It has it’s own separate access off a quiet unclassified road leading out of the village of Winterborne Whitechurch with off-road parking. The property has been adapted to provide all the comforts for a quiet enjoyable stay but public transport is infrequent so a car is recommended.

This newly decorated self contained 1 bedroom annexe has a fully equipped kitchen & in the county town of Dorchester, the birth place of Thomas Hardy. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful countryside and Jurassic coast! The town’s amenities are only a short walk away including the new Brewery Square development. Delightful one bed accommodation near Sherborne

Little Dyke Head is the guest annexe to Dyke Head, built in approx. 1880 and originally part of the Leweston Manor Estate. The accommodation is newly remodelled and provides all facilities for short or extended stays in lovely rural Dorset. The grounds to Dyke Head are surrounded by woodland and apple orchards and there are many walks from the house. We are an hour by car to the Jurassic Coast.
