Seahorse Tiny House in the Pines

Of our three tiny houses at Bugs in a Jar Farm, Seahorse in the Pines is our most popular. It offers the most seclusion and privacy for those wanting to get away from the crowds. As the name implies, it also offers deep shade most of the hot summer. Relax in the hammock under the pines or on the private screened porch, and enjoy the hilltop breeze. Seahorse has its own private outhouse, although the community bathroom and kitchen are a short walk away. There is private off-street parking nearby.

Cozy Cabin in the Woods

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This is a wonderful place to retreat off the grid for some much needed R and R. This cabin is right in the middle of the woods with a babbling brook in listening distance. Our bath house is a short walk away and consists of a bathroom and shower. There is a working toilet in the cabin, and the kitchen is furnished with kitchenware and other essentials. Parking is by our Bed & Breakfast house and we will drive you from there to the cabin.

1850’s renovated farmhouse close to Tioga Downs

This remodeled farmhouse has great amenities. The bedrooms feature a king bed, queen bed, and twin beds ensuring a good night's sleep for all guests. The 2.5 bathrooms come equipped with toiletries and a soaking tub for added relaxation. Outside, immerse yourself in the hot tub, play a game of ping pong or corn hole or just relax by the outdoor fire pit. There are 5 restaurants within walking distance and the excitement of Tioga Downs Racetrack and Casino just a 5 minute drive away.

Come enjoy a one of a kind space that truly allows you to be a part of the surroundings. Apartment is located within a renovated barn with an open concept and modern touches while still embracing the original beams and details of the barn. Sit under the pergola and take in the views. Enjoy a fire under the stars. Take a walk through the back woods and return to take a dip in the pond or maybe just sit amongst the birds and wildlife while at the pond house.

Welcome to Saunders Place! This Open and Airy Space Boasts breathtaking valley views of Ithaca and the surrounding area. This newly remodeled space is located on a quiet cul de sac and central to it all! Just minutes to Ithaca College, Cornell University, the downtown commons, college town, hiking, biking, parks, shopping, walking trails. We are 30 minutes from all that Watkins Glen has to offer, and several breweries and wineries are nearby.

Enjoy privacy and picturesque views on our 130 acre farm in upstate New York in one of our two rustic cabins. Spend your days fishing in a stocked pond and at night watching the stars next to a camp fire. The cabins are lit up with solar lamps and an outside toilet is just a few steps away. The hutch has a supply of different board and card games. All dogs are welcomed here and they will even have a stocked treat jar awaiting them.

The Overlook @ Rolling Oaks

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Placed on 300 acres with 13 miles of trails for walking, mountain biking or e-biking. This tower is 3 stories with the bottom level consisting of a shower, bathroom and a large concrete patio. 2nd floor is a covered deck with a table and chairs and the top level has a Kitchen with refrigerator, sink, microwave and hot plate. TV and WIFI available for the rainy days

Tree house inspired, located in the town of Danby, this one bedroom apartment is both peaceful and centrally-located: 8 miles from Cornell University, 6 miles from Ithaca College, and accessible to the Finger Lakes Wine Trails, and the Finger Lakes Trail system.
