Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located cabin on top of a mountain. A bright beautiful cabin with all the amenities. Where you can do as much or as little as you want! With over 2+acres of useful land to explore. Fire pit, (don't forget the s'mores). There's a side deck with furniture and a Weber grill to have your cookouts and eating outside. Small town America, close to all that the area offers Biking, Hiking, Fishing, Rock climbing, Kayaking, ATV, Snowmobiling, Snowshoeing ect.

Tioga County Base-Camp - "Black Bear Hollow"

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin. Our cabin is ideal for a quiet get-away for hunting, hiking, shooting, snowmobiling, ATV/UTV riding, fishing & star gazing. The cabin is located in an area only accessible via dirt roads. It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! Aspen Rental is located at 2460 Rt 6 Gaines PA  16921.  This rental was remodeled in December 2022.  All new furniture in every room, new paint, bathroom and kitchen.  Aspen Rental sleeps 4 guests comfortably.  Open living space with two private bedrooms, one bath and an open concept living and kitchen area.  First floor unit with stand up shower and ramp to the front door.  This unit has 36'' doors from outside and inside. 

Ansonia Pines Cottage

Ansonia Pines is built by local Amish craftsmen just 1/2 mile off Route 6 in Ansonia, Pennsylvania. This country getaway is located within a few feet of Tioga County's Rails to Trails and 1.5 miles from the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon/Colton Point entrance. This cabin features all the modern amenities and conveniences such as modern appliances, flat screen tv with cable, a washer and dryer, and a beautiful gas fire place.

Experience Wellsboro and the The Pine Creek gorge in one of the very few cabins located in the heart of the PA Grand Canyon. This rustic getaway is located in the canyon overlooking Owassee rapids with close access to the bike trail. Sit on the porch or the deck that overlooks the creek and watch the kayakers paddle the rapids below and the bald eagle sour through the canyon.
