Artist & builder Robert Roemsich built this cabin down to the garbage pail & broom! We have 10 forested acres on a small mountain 12 miles outside of Ithaca between Cayuga & Seneca Lakes. Very quiet, private & peaceful. Outdoor hot shower on demand, bathroom shared with other cabin & yurt on land.Firewood here for sale so just bring your need for rest & inspiration. Cook over an open fire or use bbq. Close to many state parks, waterfalls hikes galore & many wineries & breweries around the lakes.

This 28x28 rustic cabins sits on 88.5 secluded acres which borders 11,237 acres of state owned Connecticut Hill Wildlife Management Area with a NYS DEC protected trout stream behind the cabin. Easy access to the Fingerlakes Trail and within minutes of several State Parks. This property is located on a seasonal use road that leads to the 11,237 acre wildlife management area. Plenty of privacy but only 15 minutes from Ithaca and 20 minutes to Watkins Glen. If you love nature this place is a must.

It has seasonal running water, off-grid solar, fiber internet, composting toilets and a seasonal outdoor shower.
