The bedroom (1 queen bed) sleeps 2 people, the twin bed in the living room sleeps 1, and there’s a couch for a 4th person if needed. You’ll have a private, fully loaded kitchen, basic cookware, private laundry, private bathroom, private office and WiFi. Sorry, we cannot allow pets.

Relax & unwind in the country on our 30 acre farm in the middle of northwest Arkansas. It is peaceful, yet close to many restaurants, shops, outdoor activities, the UofA & XNA. We are located between Siloam Springs & Springdale and between Fayetteville & Rogers. Feel the gentle breezes, watch the flicker of lightning bugs, listen to frogs & crickets chirping (in season) & possibly see some deer. Enjoy coffee, tea & homemade cookies. A piece of Heaven on Earth!

Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals.
