Easy walking to Preston, Paignton and Cockington Village.

A characterful house, well appointed with a south facing enclosed garden and allocated parking for 2 cars. Located in the heart of the village, and only a few minutes walk from the river. Perfectly located for strolls along the estuary or further afield to explore the beautiful coast and country of the South Hams region.

Overlooking the millpool at Stoke Gabriel leading into the River Dart. Set in South Down woods, very peaceful but within walking distance of lovely village of Stoke Gabriel with shop, 2 pubs & cafe. Parking for 2 cars, 25 steps to property from car park. Close to Torbay beaches, River Dart, Totnes, the South Hams villages & Dartmoor, my place is good for couples & families. Kayaks can be hired in Stoke Gabriel e.g. to canoe down to Agatha Christie's Greenway or the pub at Tuckenhay.

Yet the unique situation of Pier House – surrounded by large, mature gardens, with an outdoor pool (heated seasonally) & private access in all directions – it always feels peaceful.
