Orchard House Retreat

(Feb 2025- The Topanga village and homes were spared from the Palisades fire) Welcome to Orchard House Retreat! This 700 sqft private house is in an ancient oak forest in Topanga Canyon near Topanga State Park, the village and the beach! It’s a charming 1 bedroom 1 bath with a cozy living/dining space, modern kitchen and a deck. There’s a well stocked kitchen and orchard. Please note there are two sets of stairs up to the Retreat so being able to climb stairs is necessary. Please see photos.

Sunny 2-Bedroom Garden Cottage With Hot Tub

Nestled high up in the sandstone peaks of Topanga, the cottage is a welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Built in the 1940's, the cottage has been lovingly renovated and cared for over the years. Situated in an oak grove, adjacent to the state park, and surrounded by a native plant garden, the cottage is the perfect place to unwind and listen to the birds (and wild peacocks) sing. This is your little home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped, with full size stove, dishwasher, and fridge. Full size tub and shower as well as side by side washer and dryer. Small, grassy area plus cozy outdoor dining space with seating. Many (easily 10-12) nice restaurants within half a mile. Beach and sunset watching a close 3 blocks away. The Redondo Beach Pier is approx 4 blocks away. It's on PCH so you will have easy access to public transportation if needed.
