We will also charge $ 50 for guest #8. We also request that you bring an air mattress as we do have have this. Please ask us about your special arrangement as we are not set up and don't want you to be disappointed... For the gym, we live 2 blocks from the YMCA so you and your family can always sign up to be guests during your stay if you like. - You prepare your own meals :D in a stunning new kitchen and top appliances and if you can, please put all dishes in dishwasher - Bosch will do the dishes ! :) - You are welcome to bring your own foods and put them in trash bags as appropriate - we have a recycled & trash can separately - The linens, bedding, towels are placed in closets’ drawers - Assorted brand of wellness & grooming amenities are in the drawers of your bathroom - Laundry space houses an iron/ ironing board/ swifter (swifter cloths are underneath the sink left hand side or in linen closet) - Kitchen also has a swifter behind the tall cabinet - Please give your plants a drink of water if you stay longer than 3 days – they thrive on it :D -We make certain non-toxic cleaning products with premium essential oils for our cleaning team to use and for our guests to enjoy (when we can) Thank you so much in your mindful participation to maintaining while enjoying our space :) we appreciate your efforts! The entire home will be exclusively yours except the GARAGE please. This is for the hosts to use. We reside next door. Happy to share restaurant recommendations, etc.! Guests receive 5 star ratings when respectful of the home! The home is in San Pedro (SP), which is a small, quiet port town. The waterfront is famous for historic Battleship Iowa, San Pedro Fish Market, and maritime museums. Cruises, restaurants, and shops abound there. San Pedro is also accessible to the southern beach cities. Welcome to legendary traffic famous in LA : D San Pedro is on both a local and a city-wide bus line, but public transportation can be difficult and time-consuming. Uber and Lyft are widely available, but if you want to make the most of your time here, a rental car is ideal. IMPORTANT FOR GUESTS TO AGREE PRIOR TO BOOKING & CHECK IN, as we reserve the right to refuse service: Please do not ask us for a discount on cleaning as we are about paying a fair wage (please see ABB's guidelines on this) for you and your guest. *PLEASE CONFIRM with VALID PHOTO ID PRIOR and UPON CHECK IN (via Driver's License/ Passports / Military ID are ok etc - just as in a hotel stay) otherwise, your Full SECURITY DEPOSIT is NOT REFUNDABLE and your stay maybe denied. We understand if you don't want to do this but please don't ask us to make an exception as this is not personal ... just like if you check into a hotel - you are asked your ID and in this case, it is our home which is MORE precious than a hotel. We are NOT LIABLE for you and your guest while you are staying here as you and your guest are responsible of your belongings, safely, medical emergencies, actions and behavior. If you do not agree and accept this, we are not able to host you - please also see HOUSE RULES. *** We request that you book 3 days in advance of your arrival time to help us prepare for your stay experience*** If you book LESS THAN 3 days in advance of your arrival time, a NEW check-in time may be arranged instead of the normal of 3 PM as stated and some items for breakfast may not be available and could be a self-check-in *** ***We will meet and welcome you to our beautiful new loft style home as we can but due to unforeseen situations, we may not be able to; especially for example, if you are late to arrive upon the agreed time & so forth ... *** Please TURN OFF all interior lights & air conditioner when you leave the home for environmental wellness. Our HOUSE RULES are simple - Respect, Responsible and Trust: You FORFEIT your entire DEPOSIT if these following occur and we reserve the right to ask you to leave if we do not feel safe or if you are not cooperating with the rules that you and your guests have committed to: 1/ Please DO NOT USE the garage 2/ Please respect the space and noise level - quiet time from 10 pm to 8 am 3/ NO parties or events or anyone else sleeping over without prior notification - especially for those visiting and not on your list of guests 4/ NO smoking or drugs on property 5/ NO pets of any kind 6/ NO small children without prior consent 7/ UNREASONABLE messiness 8/ Damage to things on or at the property 9/ Disrespectful or unruly behavior 10/ Please leave the home as you have found it with care Thank you for your KIND attention, respect and appreciation.
