Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with satellite TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

Olivo - Tuscan country house w pool & gardens

Stay at Grandpa's hunting house turned into a cosy holiday home with two bedrooms. Has 1 double bedroom and another with 2 single beds, plus a nice and airy living/dining area. All renovated and furnished in the typical rustic tuscan style, with original antique furniture and artwork from the ancestors of the owner noble family. It has its own sunny private garden part within the magical gardens of the 400 years old Villa Unis. The property has a shared pool too for cooling off on summer days.

In the little Town of Cerretti there are a supermarket with local food and a Bar where you can drink something and eat Pizza like a local inhabitant. The house is perfect for families or couples. Here you can relax and enjoy drinking a glass of Red Wine in the pool looking at the beautiful views.
