The unique Ballycotton Cliff Walk a 5 mins walk, stunning sea views. There's a swimming area within a minute stroll. Ballymaloe House, gardens & cookery school & other wedding venues are 5/10min drives. There's a Pitch n Putt club. The Annex is a unique space ideally located for you to enjoy everything that Ballycotton has to offer.

2 Bedrooms. Sleeps 3/4 adults or 2 adults & 3 small children. The apartment overlooks the ocean, has free parking. The spacious lounge has comfy leather couches & a big window with fabulous views of the ocean. (living room not suitable for sleeping) Main bedroom, 6ft bed & a 3ft bed. We have enjoyed special Christmas gatherings and spent long summer holidays enjoying the spectacular beaches in the area including the one at the bottom of the garden!
