Our home is under 10 mins walk from Llandudno sea front and there are numerous walks in the area including exploring the Great Orme straight from the front door. The Ski Slope, Cable car & Pitch & Putt are all within 5 mins. For tired legs (it is hilly) the Tram runs past the house (Apr to Oct) and there is a bus stop 100 yards away. We fell in love with it for the view which took our breath away. Purchased in June 2016 the summer renovation project was hard work but we hope you enjoy the result

The Beach House Rhosneigr is where families and friends come to make memories. Rhosneigr has wonderful beaches, sand dunes, rock pools and coastal walks, it is impossible to get bored. The village is full of cafes and restaurants with the obligatory surf shop and Fat Face. For the sporty, this island is know for water sports, cycling and hiking. The amazing coastline gives you a different adventure everyday. The house is located just 100m from the beach. We love it there and hope you do to.

Llanw is a newly built house right opposite the water's edge. Llanw is Welsh for "Tide" which you can watch slowly flowing in and ebbing out. The estuary is a haven for many species of birds. There are also views of the Snowdonia mountain range and of the Rivals. The World Heritage site of Caernarfon is only 4 miles away and the long sandy beach of Dinas Dinlle is 3 miles away.
