Apartment in the historical centre of the village Nobiallo, 1 km from the centre of Menaggio. The apartment has a quiet position and disposes over 2 bedrooms, living room with fire-place and balcony with marvellous lake view Sat. TV, large kitchen and bathroom and has a total of 6/7 beds. There is a small garden in the ground floor which belongs to the whole house Wifi free. Quiet position. The house can be reached by car to load and unload. There are parking places at 50m from the house.

Enjoyable location in old house, Lake Maggiore

The location is in a separate wing of an old rural house (recently restored ) located in a characteristic ancient hamlet on the Lake Maggiore It is composed of a living, an old-style comfortable kitchen , two bedrooms and a bathroom, ideal for a 4-5 people family. The living room faces a little garden in a courtyard where it is good to relax and picnic. The place is at a few hundred meters from Caldé a most renowned location called the "Portofino of Lake Maggiore"

Ristrutturata di recente con a vista sottotetto in legno antico. Ampia ed accogliente, con panoramica vista lago e una camera da letto su soppalco. Come riscaldamento abbiamo una bella stufa a legna in ghisa ,facile da accendere e subito crea un ambiente caldo e romantico! la legna si pagherà a parte alla alla consegna! Essenziale la cucina con microonde,macchina caffè americana, TV Sat .Taverna con volta e camino.

Hi!My family happily decided to rent the apartment under our attic. It is a huge space, with large living room, eat-in kitchen,2 bathrooms and a tiny balcony overlooking the courtyard. We offer 2 double rooms,1 private and one on the mezzanine and a single room (double on request). We are in the city center, a pleasant area, 5 minutes from the lake and one step away from restaurants and shops.
