The Seamist Cottage - Converted Historic Barn

Cozy, fully converted historic barn within easy walking distance to the rocky shore of Bass Harbor, a busy lobstering port. An ideal, pet friendly, home base while exploring Acadia National Park. The Seamist is located on "the quietside" of the island. Six minutes from Southwest Harbor and thirty minutes to Bar Harbor, the Seamist also offers guests private hot tub access! A heat pump provides heating and cooling. Shaded picnic table and small propane grill. Three-night minimum with parking for one car only (no trucks/trailers). Ask about extra parking. One well-behaved dog is allowed. No other pets or children. No TV, good wifi. 10pm quiet zone.

The Doll House at Summer Winds

The Doll House is a cozy two story cabin on the Quiet Side of Mount Desert Island near Western Mountain in Acadia National Park. This unique cabin is just down the road from Seal Cove Pond and 1/4 mile from the Cape Road launch area and beautiful Seal Cove. Both are great places to kayak. Amenities include Television, wifi, washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, hair dryer. Friendly dogs are welcome. The sleeping area is upstairs and a shower bathroom is downstairs.
