Ny villa vid havet på 52kvm med all bekvämlighet som kan önskas. Stort soldäck med havsutsikt, kök och vardagsrum i öppen planlösning med panoramasikt ut över havet, dubbelsäng eller två enkelsängar på övre plan samt bäddsoffa på nedre plan med tillhörande extra säng, tvättmaskin, torktumlare, kyl/frys & diskmaskin. Städ som tillval 600:- SEK Sänglinne och badlakan 200 SEK /person Båtplats med tillhörande båt för uthyrning 3 st underbara restauranger i gångavstånd från huset samt badstrand.

Välkomna att hyra vårt annex med centralt läge i underbara Åhus. Läget är nära till allt men ändå lugnt och skönt. Annexet är nytt och på hela 55kvm . Det har alla bekvämligheter ni behöver på semestern. Skön dubbelsäng med hotellkänsla. Fullt utrustat kök. Egen mysig grillplats/uteplats. Bra WiFi och Tv med Chromecast. Avstånd: Hamnen med restauranger och glassbarer: 700m, Mataffär: 600 m, Evenemangsområdet: 700m Golfbanan: 2000m, Underbara stranden: 600m. Glöm inte att städning ingår EJ!

This newly refurbished cottage with exclusive and modern interior is situated on a cliff direcly by the ocean. The view over the sea is astonishing, with the sun setting over the archipelago. Perfect stay for summer vacations, nature exploring, fishing, or just for a relaxing retreat. A sunset spa out on the rocks can be booked to an extra fee, as well as bed linen and towels. Onsite picup for seal safari/scuba diving tours/boat trip/RIB boat tour/jetski/flyboard/jetpack/tubing/mega sup etc.

A delightful home situated near the Åhus Täppet beach area, featuring a spacious backyard and an elevated deck among the trees. Just a 5-minute (500 meters) stroll away from the magnificent beach, this residence also comes equipped with high-speed internet, offering speeds of 100/100 Mbps.

Cozy white house close to the nature with Wi-Fi

Living close to the nature. Two floor house with fireplace and air conditioner on each level. Lots of space and open areas. Place for parking 2-3 cars. In September 2023 we connected a new water source. Now the water is completely clean and transparent, without iron.

Agundaborg garden cottage with large sun deck

A beautiful gardenhouse situated on the shores of lake Agunnaryd with access to a lovely quiet beach only a stroll away. With watersport, cycling and running possibilities as well as a nature reserve around the corner, the ultimate place to enjoy nature!

The cabin

A newly built cabin in a beech forest, built by myself. Waterfilled quarries: 100 m. A beach: 2 km. Supermarket: 1 km. Bathroom with shower and eco toilet inside. Peaceful atmosphere, but close to communicatations.

Ett vackert boende med egen brygga vid naturreservat och slutet av väg utan trafik. Vackra omgivningar med oändliga promenadstigar i skogen och fina cykelleder.
