Cozy Country Cottage

Come stay in our ​cozy cottage located down a country lane. Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

Reddy Ranch is a 4 bed 3 full bath rustic home located on 36 acres of greenery. For stunning sunsets and sun rises this is the place to be. It has a loft with ping pong table and several other indoor board games making it a perfect family hang out spot. It has an outdoor fire pit, hot tub, hardwood floors, fully equipped kitchen, it has 2 ponds on the property stocked with fish. It has state parks for fishing, mountain biking, hiking, fossil hunting etc., just 20 mins away from the property.

Blue Ridge Texas Ranch Escape

Our tiny space features remote entry and your own porch for sitting and enjoying the sunset. Approximately 550 sq. feet with many amenities. The queen size bed is a murphy bed and can be folded up to give you more space. There is also a fold out bed, all linens provided. This type bed is best for a child, teen, or small adult. We have alpaca, emu, goats, chickens, ducks, turkeys, dogs, & cats. The space has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, crockpot, blender, sink, dishes.

Rustic Ridge offers a tiny space with big comfort. Located adjacent to our main residence you will enjoy a safe and serene retreat. The bed is full size. Hot Tub hours: 8PM-10PM or by appointment. Enjoy the sites and sounds of nature as you watch the horses graze and the birds soar. Our space requires a 2 step entry and is in a rural setting. It is a great place for individuals that can navigate our rural setting and varied terrain.
