Charming and tidy, the newly renovated 1 bedroom cabin in the wilderness of Trinity County, is ideally suited as a vacation setting or nature retreat, far away from city living for outdoor adventures. Nestled in a tiny town with little traffic, no cell phone reception and pristine nature as far as the eye can reach. The wild and scenic South Fork of the Trinity River runs behind the cabins on the property. Here you will be able to unwind, relax, explore and make the space your own.

Work remotely or retreat -with WiFi and EV Charger

Unique custom built mountain cabin available for working remotely, hiking, mtn biking, rafting, fishing or quite retreat. Five minutes to the Trinity River, and 5 minutes to a local meditation retreat center. Fast and steady wifi supports multiple zoom calls. High capacity Level 2 - 40 Amp EV charger installed in driveway. Pet owners please note: there is poison oak in the yard, so pets should probably not roam freely. There is small fenced enclosure with no poison oak.

Granny's Barndominium Retreat on 10 acres

FISHING/BOATING/CAMPING/RAFTING/KAYAKING STAY. BESTIE RETREATS. FUN DATE WEEKEND.. Great place to unwind solo, with a couple of friends, with your person, or with your kids. Livingroom big enough for an adult or a couple kids to crash. Queen sized bed in the bedroom. Granny will make sure you have all you need! We want you to relax here. Bear's Lair is a cozy and comfy riverfront get away. Our log home offers year-round peace and quiet. With picture windows and a great sitting porch, the river is ever present. Come and relax with the Wild & Scenic Trinity River in your front yard. Abundant recreational activities are on site (we offer inner tubes for floating the river) and the area is well known for outdoor recreation of all types. Prior approval required for pets at $50/pet.
