Drive (under 30 min) to all major beaches (2 seasonal passes incl). Visit local wineries and trendy restaurants. Take a bike ride down the Millenium trail. Stargaze in a hot tub and detox in a cedar sauna. Curl up on a couch by the wood-burning fireplace with a Netflix and a glass of local wine. Listen to some oldies and enjoy our retro-vibes.

Horseshoe Highlands Waterfront Cottage

Situated on a point, with a 180 degree view of Horseshoe Lake from the common rooms, this quaint cottage boasts original charm with modern amenities. A wall-to-wall stone fireplace and stove keep the cottage cozy while you sip a latte or watch the sunset. Close to groomed trails, Sir Sams skiing, Haliburton and Minden. Included: paddle boards, canoe, kayaks, trampoline (with net), zipline, lily-pad, hammocks, fire pit, toys, etc. Enjoy the tranquil setting in comfort, surrounded by nature.

A cozy cottage in the woods minutes from Bancroft

The interior space has been completely renovated and is very warm, comfortable and welcoming. A beautiful kitchen with all new appliances including a gas range for the chefs out there. Curl up by the gas fireplace and enjoy a movie on the flat screen TV. A small desk and wifi allows you to work from the woods! A huge south facing deck allows you to get outside and enjoy the sun. The cottage is located a 10 minute drive to Silent Lake Provincial Park to which we provide a park pass.

Well equipped kitchen, with washer & dryer, living & dining room, with gas fireplace double bed sized bedroom and 3 piece bath (shower only) Unit is freshly painted, has additional queen size sofa bed, recliner, desk & large television. Although close to downtown, you can relax in the serene surroundings. We are a 25 minute drive to Picton and Wellington.

Where the silver moon touches the pine ridge, sits a wilderness cabin surrounded by a quiet forest overlooking a secluded lake. This completely private property has many trails to explore and an abundance of wildlife. A wood burning stove keeps the cabin warm while pillows and blankets provide much needed comfort. Enjoy your favorite winter outdoor activities, take photos of the frozen forest, make a campfire or curl up with a book as the snow falls outside, lulling you to sleep.

Fully winterized cottage on a flat property with a large grass lawn, a sandy beach and a long half covered, half open dock for deeper swimming and relaxing among the tranquil scenery. The cottage dock has perfect exposure and gets sun all day long - you can't beat those pristine sunset views. After the day is done, chill out in your hot tub on the deck year round and finish the night making s'mores outside over the fire pit. The cottage is just a 5-minute drive to Haliburton.
