Note: This building is undergoing work that will involve noise. The work will not be constant, just off and on, so you may not be affected at all. If you choose to make reservations and find the noise not to be acceptable, please contact me before your departure and a full refund will be issued for any unoccupied nights. Also, there will be a time when the unit will be unavailable for entry and exit during certain hours, but there will usually be a two month warning for that.

See giant, green-sea turtles sleep on this beach before heading back out to sea at dawn. Rates reduced due to construction noise nearby on weekdays.

This is the largest one bedroom model at Pats. Enjoy the 17% discount (as I pay the taxes out of the proceeds of your payment unlike most other listings). Do not be fooled by the other smaller studios with just a niche that barely fits a bed. This beautiful beachfront condo is the most preferred unit located at the far end on the ground floor just 30 steps to the powdery white sand beach. Assigned parking close by. Avoid lengthy elevator waits.
