The cottage is contemporary and bright, having been lovingly renovated. The downstairs has an open plan living area and kitchen. A double bedroom on the first floor and a cozy twin loft room with is accessed via a stair in the main bedroom. Loved by kids. There is a modern shower room. Guests have access to a walled garden. A lovely space to relax and rewind.

The Puffin Burrow is a lovely self-contained apartment on the ground floor of this magnificent Georgian House. It has 2 double bedrooms, one of which is a twin and the other set up as king size but can be made into another twin on request. The modern bathroom is fully tiled with a bath and shower and there is another separate loo. The open plan modern kitchen and sitting room are complete with wood-burning stove and have views of the sea including the Bass Rock and Craigleith Island.

We have just completed new interiors, with 2 bedrooms both with king-sized beds (UK) and soft white sheets throughout. A Nespresso coffee machine, hardwood floors, mini barbecue, and local art on the walls allow you to indulge in a seaside cottage with the feel of a hotel. We have parking on site.
