Das Apartment liegt zentral im Dorfzentrum und ist nur wenige Autominuten vom Skiort Kühtai entfernt, zudem ist eine direkte Busverbindung nach Kühtai vorhanden (1 Gehminute von der Unterkunft, gratis Busverbindung ab 2 Nächten). Die Anreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zum Apartment ist ebenfalls problemlos von Innsbruck aus möglich. Zudem liegt das Apartment inmitten eines beliebten Wander/Skitourengebietes.

Der Standort ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Skifahren, Wanderungen, Radtouren, Wasserskifahren am Inselsee Immenstadt, Surfen, Baden am See, Rafting auf der Iller (5 Gehminuten entfernt) und abends gemütlich Grillen und Chillen im Garten. Apartment Öfelekopf is so named for its amazing view of the mountains. This luxury modern apartment was completely refurbished in 2021 and offers everything for a relaxing break. This apartment would suit a couple who enjoy the outdoors, but also like to wind down in luxury...breakfast on the balcony, Netflix on the corner sofa, shower under the stars in the beautiful bathroom and sleep like a baby in the huge comfortable bed.
